Turns out that they don't do any repair work; only new jobs, e.g. building a brick porch, laying a stone pathway, etc.. They didn't seem to know about the big deal so they had me talk to several people in their company for clarification. Even though I was disappointed, I have to say everyone I spoke to was very polite and apologetic about not being able to do the work.
