I wanted them to repair/replace some missing bricks in my front porch and repair the mortar in my stone walk and steps. Turns out that they don't do any repair work; only new jobs, e.g. building a brick porch, laying a stone pathway, etc.. They didn't seem to know about the big deal so they had me talk to several people in their company for clarification. Even though I was disappointed, I have to say everyone I spoke to was very polite and apologetic about not being able to do the work. My impression was that I'd love to work with them in the future because of their professionalism and efforts to resolve the situation. I suggest that they ensure their advertising department talks to the rest of the company.
