"Replace fabric awning over back porch with new aluminum awning with downspouts and gutter. Also, front door small awning to protect people from the rain when they arrive. Eddie and his crew are fantastic. He did the small awning tribe by himself and brought a son and his friend to help him with the large awning over our deck. The design and color not only matches our house but adds to it’s Architectural interest. Alverez awnings did a fantastic job and I couldn’t recommend them any higher if I own the company myself. Six stars out of five."

"Initial rep was great and informative. Felt comfortable with initial sale. Hardly had any contact from customer service except for the payments. There were several delays that we were not informed about unless we called to ask. Took 7 months before they showed up to begin project. Only 1 person was sent to build steps. Took a week. Hard worked, hardly took a break. Had to call again to see when they would come to pour patio. Never knew when they were coming, they just showed up. Hardly spoke with the homeowners. Inspection paperwork was just left on porch. Additional paperwork that is "required by the County" had to be completed by homeowner and taken to Court house to be notarized and filed and also provide a copy back to Long Fence. Time sensitive materials which added to homeowners to-do list. Gave this contract to LF on the surface of their history and appearance of a 'good local company' but should have stayed with original contactors in VA. Puddle of water forms when it rains"

My particular job was a paver patio that has a lot of curves and a big fire pit circle at one end. They set every curve with graceful precision and they build new staircase coming down from the house onto the patio out of top quality materials. When asked, they provided excellent advice for the design elements of patio for everything from layout to materials to color choices. They were the only contractor who provided me with a 3D rendering of my patio before the job started so I could see what the end result would look like."
