At one point we were a bit unhappy with a corner cabinet, but reluctantly we felt we needed to "settle" because there was not sufficient space for a Super Susan. Adam made some research and promptly contacted us with a solution that was perfect for enhanced functionality. Last but not least, Ismar, our foreman on the job was professional, responsive, pleasant, and amazingly skilled. He and his team worked diligently on the electrical portion, cabinet installation, backsplash, appliance installation, and painting. "The crawlspace in our recently purchased house was a mess—full of water, mold, and deteriorated insulation. NV gave us a competitive price, on par with the other bids we got, and their bid seemed more comprehensive than some of the others. Jaime did an excellent job explaining everything to me and talking me through any questions we had. "Dan understood our problem did not need trenches and pumps inside our home. Our hill-side home didn't need a sump-pump internal system - drains run to daylight. His gang hand-dug an external trench, laid in perforated drain pipe and silt barriers and drainage gravel. They repaired cracks in the foundation, dried it, applied a drying rubbery material, then installed a dimpled drainage barrier cloth. They graded the earth around the house to aid rainwater runoff. Even re-planted my hasta garden. 2 days, start to finish. We are confident this will succeed."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
