"My Wow Your Closet salesperson and the paperwork indicated that the job should take between 4-12 weeks. It was a small job: removing 5 wooden shelves from a 30"-wide, floor-to-ceiling closet, and instaling a cabinet-and-counter unit from Wow Your Closet. The job took 6 1/2 months. At the first attempted install, none of the parts fit. At the second attempted install, some of the parts fit. At the 3rd attempted install, a few more parts fit. Finally, at the 4th attempted install, the installers were able to finish the job. Through the 6 1/2 months, I called and emailed 30 times (I kept notes) and even visted the company in person to find out what was going on. Someone from the company called or emailed me back 12 times. After the install was finally complete, it took another 2 1/2 months (and several phone calls) before the promised post-install visit and inspection occured, and for me to finally received the promised warranty. The completed job is nice but the process was very ugly. "

"I had a full view glass storm door with sidelites installed in front of my Provia entry front door. The door is very sturdy such as thick heavy metal, lexan glass is clear, the hinges are smooth and strong, the lock is secure, the powder coated paint is beauty. the weather striping is robust and tightly sealed. The manufacturing process took a little longer than expected. A minor adjusted was needed for the lock. Medallion sent someone out immediately to solve the problem. My Provia Front entry door is awesome. I really wanted a full view security storm door to allow the Provia door to be on full display. In addition, to providing full security. Medallion knock it out of the park."

As far as the work performed: MY HOME IS AMAZING!!! Not only is it organized to suit how I navigate my home, but the deep cleaning I received made my old items and cabinets look brand new!!! They also provided me with suggestions of items to purchase to assist with organization solutions, explained to me the understanding of why they were organizing things a certain way based on how I use my home, and made sure to get the job done quickly and efficiently. The in-home design consultation was very smooth and helpful, and while the pricing was a bit more than we were budgeting for, we believe the investment in upgrading our closet spaces (7 in total!) will be well worth it. The removal of the old closets and patching work was all completed in a single day, and then the installation occurred the very next day. "Laurie Beth was great to work with! We were getting our house ready to list for sale and the office felt overwhelming with piles of papers, overflowing file drawers and clutter. In four hours she helped us go through all our file drawers and thin them out (we actually have empty drawers now!), file the papers piled on the desk and shelves, and helped us to get a much better handle on our office. It not only helped us in getting our house ready to sell, but gave us valuable information to be able to maintain it going forward. She was friendly, encouraging and kept us going the entire time. She provided valuable information on what to keep, what to get rid of and suggestions on how to organize things that weren't previously organized. "This was my first time hiring an organizer and Wickedly Organized did not disappoint. I would clean, then cook or get dressed and everything would be chaotic all over again. Great questions were asked in each room and more frequently used items are in arms reach. My kitchen ,pantry ,bed and bath items are well placed and provide an opportunity to dress and cook in half the time. The work was completely professionally and the process was not invasive; I hardly knew she was here. Excellent service with game changing results, I am very pleased with the results."

"the "contractor" this company uses is really more of a handyman. i was initially happy with the job, but after a few weeks things started falling apart. contractor did not properly prep the ceiling and within 2,3 months there were cracks, bubbling, peeling on the ceiling. did not put a schluter on flooring and cement slab is exposed. did not plaster or spackle old nail holes, just painted over them. did not prep closet shelves for painting. was forced to spend an additional $2,200 to fix these items."
