Throughout the project, the Project Manager, Omer, kept us informed of the process and schedule, answered our questions, and he ensured that communication between us, the subcontractors, and the crew doing the work was seamless. The crew was at our house from 8-5 every day, they put down drop cloths to cover the floor from the front door to the bathroom, and they cleaned up well before leaving each day. The team was led by Urias whose attention to detail, eye for design, and experience resulted in bathrooms that exceeded our expectations in every way. We were so impressed by Urias’ work that we added additional electrical work in the kitchen and basement onto our contract. I had heard so many horror stories about remodeling projects that drastically exceeded the budget and schedule, so I was expecting some surprises. Joseph and another member came within a couple of days to assess the situation, make recommendations, and take measurements. "A two man team arrived and removed my old countertops.  They tried to keep dust to a minimum when drilling out the holes for the faucet and instant hot.  They installed a new faucet, garbage disposal and moved my instant  hot unit.  Countertops are beautiful.  I wish I had done it years ago to replace my laminate countertops.  The job took about four hours and I am very pleased.

Intaller was very professional, put drop clothes down in all areas, removed debris, etc. Installation took a full day but it was apparent that the time was well-spent to do things right.
