We initially reached out to several companies for quotes, but we selected KBR because the designer (Silviya) made such a great impression when she came to our home to take measurements and to collect our requirements for the project. She asked great questions, gave helpful advice, and she helped us select the right design and materials to ensure that we ended up with bathrooms that we love. Throughout the project, the Project Manager, Omer, kept us informed of the process and schedule, answered our questions, and he ensured that communication between us, the subcontractors, and the crew doing the work was seamless. The crew was at our house from 8-5 every day, they put down drop cloths to cover the floor from the front door to the bathroom, and they cleaned up well before leaving each day. The team was led by Urias whose attention to detail, eye for design, and experience resulted in bathrooms that exceeded our expectations in every way. We were so impressed by Urias’ work that we added additional electrical work in the kitchen and basement onto our contract. I had heard so many horror stories about remodeling projects that drastically exceeded the budget and schedule, so I was expecting some surprises. Joseph and another member came within a couple of days to assess the situation, make recommendations, and take measurements. Joseph then emailed pictures of various granite slabs since I was unable to get to their site, and within a week his team installed the top, offset sink, and my faucet. "I would like to say this is one of the best companies I have worked with.  From our first visit to their showroom we found exactly the granite that we were hoping for and the next day called them to discuss how to begin the process.  I provided them with some dimensions and the estimate they gave me was right on target with what our price turned out to be.  We put down a deposit and they scheduled for the measurements to be made.  I received a call the night before letting me know they'd be out and the guy who came out for the countertops themselves was punctual, friendly and professional.  The only thing he couldn't do was measure for our cooktop which we hadn't picked up yet. 
I was able to take the cooktop to their shop and they got all of the measurements they needed and right from the install guide.  I was very impressed that everything was perfect since the cooktop also included a custom downdraft so we weren't talking about a perfect square or rectangle here.  The installers were extremely good, I felt really bad for them, because the counters they removed from our house were covered with tile and screwed down from the top, it was an ordeal but they were awesome and removed everything.
Same thing for our full height backsplash as well, they came out and made templates so that everything fit together perfectly.  Four days later, the same installers were back and we had everything in (a much easier job for them this time) 
I really appreciate the experience I had with these guys, all e-mails and phone calls were answered immediately and the quality is absolutely amazing.  They were a real pleasure to work with and really seemed to care."

The owner of the company came to our house to take measurements and provide an estimate that was very reasonable when compared to the more well-known national companies that franchise locally. Intaller was very professional, put drop clothes down in all areas, removed debris, etc. Installation took a full day but it was apparent that the time was well-spent to do things right. Very happy with the end result and to have supported a local, family-owned company."
