Called to find out why an d was told that they sent a text informing of running late which I never got. Received callback from Nicole informing of non received text stating she would set up visit so that I would be 1st stop. I requested today 10/22 and was assured she personally would call me around 8:30am and tech would be here by 9am. It's now 9:37am and I've again yet to hear from Nicole nor a tech. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME BECAUSE LEN THE PLUMBER SURE WILL WASTE YOUR TIME. UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!"

He answered all our questions and set expectations of removing an unground tank without adding any financial stress. We bought a house with a 50 yr old tank buried right up against our house and Wayne and his helper were able to remove the tank with no problems. He also, siphon the unused oil from the old tank and transfer it to the new tank he installed in our basement. 100% recommend his services."
