"I hired Landlord Gopher to manage my home while I was out of state caring for my dying mother, trusting them to look after my property. As a disabled veteran, this was a difficult decision, but I believed they would provide the necessary oversight in my absence. Unfortunately, they failed to deliver on their promises. They neglected to conduct regular inspections or communicate the property's condition, resulting in significant damage with me being none the wiser. Their poor service has left me with substantial repair costs and their owner was nothing but rude and condescending when I approached him to give him a chance to rectify the matter. Fragile ego on that one. Now, it seems we will need to resolve this matter in court. Avoid Landlord Gopher at all costs!"
