Fire Damage DMV

A representative called me and asked what specifically I needed done. Once I explained, he said he did not handle that type of work, perhaps it was too small. I purchased a deal, but there was no service rendered. Technically, someone owes me a refund.

Sam was amazing, after the phone call we set it up an appointment and he showed up with his team on time. They has the equipment, training, and experience to handle large or small commercial fire damage. I'm very happy they are provide me and my family fast and good service.

Amir and his crew were very professional and responsible. Amir explain me everything before he start to work. they were working very clean and they covered all my furnitures with plastic. they took car of everything with insurance so I didn't need to do anything. We had a very disappointing experience with the first water mitigation company that our insurance company sent out. I found Flood Damage DMV on Yelp and the insurance company allowed us to contact them. Amir was absolutely fantastic. He was clear, concise, very professional and easy to work with. And I also cannot say enough about Ari who answers the phones at the company. he was so very helpful and patient in answering all my many questions on the many occasions that I called. Amir came out to our home to assess the flooding situation first. He explained exactly what would need to be done. We appreciated that the crew worked to cut out as little drywall as possible in the drying process. Everything was done very professionally. The only slight gripe we had was with how the damaged hardwood flooring was removed. We felt the process could have been a little more "gentle" so that less wood was damaged in the removal process.

Orange flood was very responsive to my request and they explain all the steps to me of what they are going to do. They tear down all the dry walls and dry the whole place. They were very well equipped and professionals.

When I came home from work I panicked, I called my husband and & his friend referred us to Orange Flood. They were over within the hour and I am so thankful because they saved the integrity of our house! They made no hesitation in getting down to business, I'm not experienced in water damage but they were in and out in no time. They were very neat and respectful of all our belongings and placing them neatly out of harm's way while the tended to the water damage.. The gentleman overseeing the project was very personable and really assured us that we were in good hands.

They followed up several time with me to make sure everything was dry. I Recommend their service. They were easy to work with and they dealt with my insurance company directly. Thank you!
