"Owner came out promptly when we called for a sewer line backing up into our basement. His quote was better than another we received an hour before, and he had the equipment ready to go immediately. He cleared the blockage and advised us to pursue a video inspection because of a snag in the line (possible rupture in the pipe and/or tree root) that likely contributed to the backup."

"Beyond pleased with the customer service and quality of the work that was completed at my house. I previously called one of the main stream companies to clear my sewer main and had to call them back a week later to complete the same work again. They tried to upsell me to an expensive alternative solution (excavation installing a new sewer main). Sterling and his crew were conscious of my needs and did not give me a sales pitch others would. He spent several hours and not only cleared the root block that the main stream company identified but went above and beyond to identify other potential root blockages in my system.
