"Got the job done. Only issue was it took several days due to scheduling availability. Was not an emergency but a big inconvenience. Henry explained everything he did in detail. It was more than a simple clog. He showed up on time, was polite, respected my property, and was very professional. Yes, I would call them again."

"Jim is fantastic! Responded very quickly. He is honest and worked with my right timeline for the gas line work. I rarely leave reviews, but Jim is an all-star and I highly recommend Shore Thing Plumbing!"

"Our tankless hot water heater didn’t always provide hot water to the second floor of our house. Austin diagnosed and fixed the problem. He also made suggestions to improve our gas system that we are considering as a future project."

"Jim Stephens was great! We contacted him late at night and he was here the next day. He thought it was the garbage disposal and so it was. He carries them on his truck so there was no delay! He ran the disposal, faucet and dishwasher to ensure all lines were secure. Jim is responsive, efficient, clean working, affordable and friendly! Thank you Jim!"

"Does plumbing as well as HVAC also."

"The service was provided shortly after I purchased the deal and there were no additional charges but they came back and did some additional work for me. The service was fine and they resolved the problem but I ended up getting a larger job done after that. They took pictures of my chimneys and showed me the pictures. They were concerned about the deterioration in one of the chimneys that went to the furnace so they did the service."

"Carmine is fabulous. We call him for all of our chimney needs"

"Corey did a great job. Showed up on time and completed the job quickly. Replaced all water supply lines and installed a Thermal Expansion tank on my water heater. I would absolutely recommend him."
