"This was a very good experience. He told us what the cost for the WH would be up front. He explained the reason for the expansion tank that we needed. Because of the limited access space that the water heater was in, there was an additional charge. The gas line had to be moved and we opted to have the pan drain installed and run to the condensation drain for our AC. He also replaced the water valves that were not working. After the job was finished, Mr. Stephens explained and showed us everything he did.
