We agreed and the second job was performed on Friday, the 24th. Jasper and Richard were on time, the insulation project was well done and they left the area very clean. Would use them again."

"I haven't hired anyone yet as I am comparing quotes. However, this company came out today to evaluate and do a home energy audit. Gary Gearheart and his assistant (trainee) were very thorough in reviewing what my home may need. I observed Gary taking the time to teach/explain to his trainee and I learned much myself. I also asked a lot of questions, and they answered them all. It was a very good experience and I now know my home is safe from gas leaks and definitely needs insulation. From what I observed today, I would highly recommend this company. Update: 1/6/2020 I did hire this company and even though a few mishaps happened when they installed the insulation on the outside walls of my home, it's been a good experience. They have made sure to fix anything they was not to my liking and a few pieces of siding that got broken doing the job. The owner Robert, is very attentive and through about making sure I am satisfied. All the workers were professional and respectful. I would definitely recommend!"

"There was a problem initially with the radiant barrier installation - the first crew of two were installing 30" wide rolls lengthwise along the roof end to end  instead of from ridge to eave as the manufacturer recommends and made a couple of other minor mistakes which were easily corrected. After talking to the manufacturer, the sales rep offered to take out what had been installed and re-install according to spec or continue as already done with sealing of all seams and a discount on the job. Done this way, the foil would not have the insulation properties per spec but would provide the radiant barrier I desired. I chose the letter option and the barrier work was continued by another crew on the 2nd day. On the 3rd day the crew finished up with the barrier then blew in the installation.

With the exception of the initial problem, the work was done neatly and professionally by courteous workmen who cleaned up completely after the job was done.
