He clearly explained what he was doing and offered suggestions for how to mitigate drainage issues that were contributing factors to the water intrusion. "The installed door is beautiful. I contacted the owner regarding some minor seepage in February and March and was pretty much blown off. Love the door, instillation went smoothly but it's a one shot deal. Contractor won't come back to evaluate."
