He turned our 2 car garage into 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, dinning area, and laundry room. So we also had him install cabinets and tile our backsplash. "We used VKB after getting a whole bunch of quotes and estimates and designers, and Sean, our VKB designer was the only one who was able to take our vision and match it with our budget. The stock cabinets they had were much better than any of the other contractor groups, and were a big source of savings. Our project manager, Polo was able to keep us informed every step of the way and even when there was an issue, he kept us up to date on the status. When Home Depot lost our floor delivery, or when the quartz color we had picked was not currently in stock, he worked his best to keep the project moving, and keep us in the loo and able to stay on target. Erci was our “boots on the ground” guy, who was just fantastic. He and his crew were the best group of workers we could have asked for. They were so efficient, and did so much for us that made the flow in the kitchen even better. If we do any other remodel, it will be with these guys because Erci and his crew were that good."

"Dimitri and his crew did an incredible job with our house. This was a big job, but it went more smoothly than I could have imagined. Dimitri showed up when he said he would, the work was outstanding, and the project was completed earlier than expected despite cold weather delays! Because of the work that was being done, we had to move out of the house for a few months. Dimitri made sure we could move in again as soon as possible. Dimitri also made some great recommendations about how we should do certain things in the house. Turns out all the ideas he had were good ones! 
We have returned to Dimitri's Home Improvement many times since this initial project, and we have recommended them to our friends, family and neighbors.

"Gary and his crew did a great job. From the estimate to the work, the work was done in a timely manner and on budget. His price isn't the lowest but it is reasonable and the work done was done very well. I especially liked the crew at Perryhall remodeling. They were very nice, mannerly (not sketchy like some contracting companies), showed up on time, worked very hard while they were here and cleaned up after themselves. ALSO after he was done, Gary said he stood by his work and if we had any problems to call him. About 6-8 months later there were some small issues that we started noticing (not sure why, shrinkage or expansion or something) and I called Gary to say there were some issues. He said he would stop by and look at it. I didn't hear from him. A few weeks later I noticed that the problems were fixed. He just took care of it! It is SO hard to find a good, reliable, reasonably priced contractor. We've found it in Perryhall Remodeling. Hope to work with him and his crew from now on!"
