"Remodel in progress following architect’s design. Very tricky attic space."

"My wife and I were considering having some remodeling done to our house but we were not sure how it would all work. A friend recommended we hire an architect or draftsman to help with the ideas. We submitted the request through Angie's and found Richard from iCornerstone. We live in Tyngsborough and he came to our house from Weymouth and spent the day measuring everything in the house and provided us with an outstanding renderings and diagrams of our house from all the floors. We didn't have any original drawings and neither did the town wit details. Richards work was exemplary and nothing short of outstanding. He really knows his stuff and he kept in contact the entire time. We asked for the changes and he made them to a second diagram with a 3D layout we could show to the contractors for the remodel. I highly recommend Richard and iCornerstone for any of your needs."

"Board of directors tabled the project for a year. Alan was on time with his deliveries and great presentation. We were very happy with his design also"

"Brad is very understanding and he is friendly. He is very good when architect and engineer comes."

"Great, Dave stayed within our budget and our addition looks like it was part of a whole new home construction. We were really impressed with Dave Kinsella's design concepts and the workmanship was high quality even though we were on a tight budget. Dave comes from a big family so he understands money and time constraints plus he wants his projects to look as aesthetically pleasing to his clients as possible. We would definitely hire Dave again."

"Working with Luis on our project on Arlington St in Fitchburg was an absolute breeze. He was professional, helpful, and kept the entire process running efficiently from start to finish. We received our architectural drawings right on schedule, and the quality of his communication and work was top-notch. Highly recommend!"

"Phillip and his team were excellent. They replaced my retaining wall right on schedule and made the entire process feel easy. The crew showed up early every day, worked efficiently, and left the job site clean and orderly. Everyone was professional, courteous, and great to work with. The finished wall looks fantastic, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work. I’d gladly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, skilled craftsmanship."

"Super easy to work with, very mindful of what our likes/dislikes were. Super knowledgeable and was able to get everything we asked for on paper."
