My 120 year old brick chimney (it's a tall one, too) was nearing the end of its useful lifespan. Ted recommended to replace it from the roofline up to avoid any future issues. Very conscientious, hardworking, and clean up when they are done. My new chimney is very handsome, the new cap keeps the weather and animals/birds out, the new liners... who the heck knows, what goes on inside the chimney, but it all works great. For $6,200 we definitely got what we paid for. I liked their work so much we hired them to repoint the chimney on our rental house, another $1,200. Oh yes, and they cleaned up my cracked front steps and skim coated them nicely for a couple hundred bucks as a bonus. Chimneys are ignored, overlooked, forgotten... don't forget or overlook yours.
