"Very pleasant and professional. Managed to set a one-way trap to get the birds to leave, and also set up a screening so that they cannot return. With 2-3 days, the birds had relocated themselves. He checked in with me, and came back in one week to remove the trap and finish blocking the holes which should last until I can get a permanent repair done."

"They were supposed to provide masonry repair services in addition to the chimney sweep. They called and said they would get back to me but they didn't, so I'm supposed to get a rebate. When they came, they charged me an extra $150 for putting the pile in the garbage disposal. They told me to add a lining inside the chimney but their estimate was too high."
