Very pleasant and professional. Managed to set a one-way trap to get the birds to leave, and also set up a screening so that they cannot return. With 2-3 days, the birds had relocated themselves. He checked in with me, and came back in one week to remove the trap and finish blocking the holes which should last until I can get a permanent repair done.

After witnessing multiple bats coming out from under an eave/ soffit of our home one evening, I quickly went to work the next morning (a Sunday) calling every company under the sun looking to humanely evict the little critters. Many of their websites said "24/7" response, but of all the places I called, Cody at Liberty Wildlife Removal was literally the only one to personally pick up the phone. He came out the next day, gave us a fair quote, and after deciding to go with him, he showed up on Tuesday and completed the work in a timely and efficient manner. Very punctual as well! As promised, two weeks later Cody was in contact with me to set up a time to come remove the one-way escape tubes and sealed up the attic for good. If I have any future critter invasions, Liberty Wildlife Removal will be my first call... and hopefully the bats found somewhere more reasonable to stay in the neighborhood!

Had a pesky, persistent red squirrel that was determined to spend the winter in my attic, creating new entry points whenever existing spots were blocked. Cody kept coming back to check, seal, and set traps until the squirrel was defeated. Completely satisfied with this service and would recommend to others.

I wanted to remove a group of rats without the use of poisons. Cody was able to locate where the animals were feeding and resting and successfully removed the animals with baited traps. I found Liberty to be reliable and competent.
