Our home is a 1910 Craftsman with a mix of original southern pine floors and relatively newer (20 year old) oak hardwood planking. All of the flooring was in dire need of refinishing. John and his crew did an amazing job restoring and refinishing our flooring. The attention to detail was impressive, and they even tackled things we didn't expect, like attaching some of our molding that had come unglued (in the past) back to our walls. We felt completely comfortable entrusting all of the details to Design Wood Floors and simply went on vacation, returning a week later to the hardwood floors of our dreams. I was so impress with his commitment to the job, I hire him for my home repair needed after this past winter. My condo was effected by water and I need a new hard wood floor, painting of walls and repair of a wall. I was impressed with Shawn and his partners commitment to the job.
