"Kreative Barns completed two projects for us and I highly recommend them as contractors. Their work is high quality and they are reliable. First, we renovated our primary bathroom, taking it down to the studs and re-designing with all new fixtures and tile, keeping our existing radiant heat intact. Everything went smoothly and quickly. The tiler is incredibly hard-working, skilled, and detail oriented. We are thrilled with the results. The second project was a replacement of our deck and screened porch with a larger 4-season sunroom and deck. This larger project also went smoothly from design, permitting and demolition all the way to the finish work. Konstantin is very knowledgeable. He communicated with us regularly and he provided excellent advice on all aspects of the project. The members of his crew are professional, courteous, and meticulous. "Lux Renovations is such a great company. We had a consultation and the sales guy was able to answer any of our questions and address all of our concerns. They were able to design our basement just as I had envisioned it. The remodel was quick and painless, and the project manager was always available to answer our questions during the remodel. The materials used are great and I am not worried about molding in our basement because of that. We also enjoy that you can take the walls apart as we hid an unsightly oil tank behind one of the walls and we will be able to access it one day when it needs replacement. Our basement is now our favorite place to hang out in the house. I would and have recommended Lux Renovations to all my friends and family in need of a basement remodel!"

"We recently had an “old school” original 1970’s Cape Cod kitchen fully remodeled including adding a slider. Richard did a great job from planning and design (shout out to Hanna on this), to demo, to install, to finish work. Richard was on time, reliable, and not your typical Cape contractor. Super clean at all times and was able to work with us on various hiccups/unexpected stuff along the way. He explained options and the pros and cons of each possible choice. He never upcharged us (unless we asked for something) and was exactly on budget. Very happy with his work and would definitely recommend. We will likely call on him again for our next project."

"Some of the designs that were offered when designing the basement were not actually available and I was not told until they were already doing the install. The breaker for the basement lights and plugs seems overloaded because it will trip when I have the treadmill plugged in. There were a couple of places where the paint did not appear to dry correctly and had to be redone and still has an uneven surface. They got it done quickly but you could definitely tell it was rushed."

"I hired Starbuck to do some remodeling in our pool house. They were prompt in suppling us a quote and scheduling the project. Roberto has great to work with. His team put up internal walls using shiplap, added a bar to the pool house and special molding. The team worked a long day, worked very well together and were in good spirts the whole time. They did the job in about 12 hours. Roberto stopped by the next day to assure all went well. I was very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them."
