This was not a simple refresh — it involved removing an existing hot tub, renovating a cabana, reworking the deck framing to convert it into a single-level deck, installing a new staircase, and adding a cable rail system. Every aspect of the project was approached with precision and care, and the finished product is without flaw. They were easy to work with from start to finish, handling decisions and mid-project modifications thoughtfully and professionally. The whole crew was consistently approachable and friendly, and clearly took pride in their work. Daily cleanup was always done well, which we especially appreciated since we had a puppy at the time. He repaired rot. He waterproofed and weatherproof the entire home, then re-shingles using high-quality materials to ensure my home would be waterproof endurable. He replaced my front porch, found more areas of rot and opened up the front and made my home look amazing. He discussed every step with me and planned with me the entire time. His information is solid and always leads you in the right direction. I am so fortunate to work with this man."

I needed a bulkhead (outside ground level stairs to the basement) repaired. i called several reputable companies to see what they could do. To a company, they said it couldn't be done. Contacted Bryan and he did it. Nuff said. You want quality at a fair price, call him immediately. You will be completely satisfied. "I can’t sat enough about Sergio & his father & their work. They put in a railing on my stairs. It was a bit too high ,so he put it lower, for me. He even did me the favor of putting up a shade & drapes for me, since I can’t reach that high. My 1st review was lost somehow. He put ropes in my old windows. He worked ho*** ** that project & it was a hot day. He also put a doorbell on for me & nailed a loose fence. I will definitely use his service, again. I’m hoping he can put a new roof on my front porch. And a big plus, they cleaned up their mess. ???"
