The contractor this company used/hired was very capable, accommodating, and kind. The job was nicely done -- in the past three years there were no problems at all and everything looks as new now and no issues of mold or rotting. The price is not cheap, but they are very professional and everything is on schedule. The contractor went out of his way to help me set up additional parts of my home theater, building an in-wall AV equipment shelf, and installing an on-wall bar cabinet with minimal or no additional cost. Also helped to add more sound insulation materials at my request to the walls of the home theater. The basement is now an enjoyable place to stay."
