I am a retired senior citizen who was out of town when a major windstorm uprooted a tree that landed on my house, putting a hole in the roof, along with tearing down all of the siding, and destroying the Soffitt, Fascia, gutters and downspouts. BBS immediately secured a tarp on the roof to prevent further damage, assessed the situation and presented an estimate for the needed repairs/replacement. "We love the shower, It is so beautiful. They installed the whole thing in two days, using beautiful acrylic tiles, a high end base, and a handy shave bar and built in shelves. When they did not have something we wanted, they offered a free upgrade to a higher end alternative. Our friends have all been so impressed by our new shower as we were excited to work with the company because of the lifetime warranty, because they are communicative (Anthony has been a pleasure to work with) and the photos of their work on their site. Not only did we have problems with leakage before that is no longer a problem, but this will also raise the value of our home. We actually shower even more now, as we are excited to use this beautiful space, and it is easier to clean. I would recommend them to anyone."
