"This is the third project that EA Masonry has completed for us and as the other two projects went, this was top notch as expected. Dan and his guys demo’d a huge, old concrete patio and stairs along with clearing out numerous overgrown bushes. They installed a new patio and walkway along with two sets of entry stairs. Vinyl siding cleans up like new. It's the only maintenance you'll ever need to do. I do offer the option of a wax application which allows me to guarantee mildew and algae does not return for 2 years. If it does return I rewash at no charge.
