"Salesman was professional and informative, installers were prompt but did not look at the measurements before coming to install the awning, so they arrived with the wrong size brackets.  I had to wait an additional week for installation and was only offered a bbq set (which I initially declined since I don't bbq) as compensation for my inconvenience. Once the correct brackets were in hand the installers came and were quick and efficient with the installl.

"I only wished I had ordered a larger awning."

"Atlantic awning installed a retractable awning for me that I didn't even buy from them. Very professional and explained how the system worked and adjusted it for me before leaving. I would hire them again."

"Bob Phalan is an exceptionally experienced and talented craftsman. He is very astute in his analysis and project planning with a very strong work ethic. Bob explained in detail what he needed to do to rebuild our front door awning and posts while maintaining the integrity of the original awning and masonry in place. Bob stayed in communication every step of the way and worked very hard to create a beautiful and strong front door awning and support posts for our home. We are very happy with the finished product and will most definitely call Phalan Construction and Handyman to work on our future home projects. We highly recommend, without hesitation, Phalan Construction and Handyman. We rate it 10 out of 10!!!"

"Nice job...they had to chisel out some of the concrete to fit the door just right at the bottom..you would never know they were there..mixed cement and built up the area..looks good"

"I needed to finish one porch wall that was partially clapboarded and I needed it done before the weekend (less than 4 days). I was provided multiple options and estimates and work was completed on time. Estimate was a bit off, but given the circumstances and the impressive turnaround it was well worth the extra money!"
