I have a back porch that gets very hot in the summer with only a market umbrella for shade. I called Shade and Shutter to have them come give me an estimate for a motorized awning. The staff was friendly and had a salesman there within the week to come look at my project. My husband and I decided to move forward and purchase an awning. We had a motorized Marcesa awning installed within three weeks. The crew that did the work was professional and knowledgeable and happy to show us how to operate everything before they left. The office staff is wonderful too, and were quick to respond to any questions I had about install dates, etc.
