I would give these people no star if it was possible.
I should have looked and read the reviews prior to hiring Mila/Roman via Thumbtack. They may have been ok installing shelves and cat doors, misc. DIY stuff around the house but they have no business breaking down stuccos and installing patio sliders; not only did they installed it upside down--leaving the weep holes at the top, the worst part is they refused to acknowledge this and overcharged for the door they ordered from Lowes--tacking on a procurement fees--which they failed to secure as they claimed Lowes sent the wrong door, that's why they installed it upside down.
Communication with this husband wife duo is impossible. They took no accountability for any part of the procurement or installation--issued me a partial refund with a balance to "write off".

This vendor was exceptional! Raman, the handyman, worked like a machine. He was polite and professional. I wish that we'd found him sooner! He not only was effective, but cleaned up behind his work.
