The only thing I would have changed is making sure there was an end of project walk through before he left. He texted to me to tell me I was all set, so I checked his work after he had left. There were a few things he had forgotten to do. When I texted him letting him know the yard looked good, but the trash needed to be moved to the driveway, he turned around to finish the job. I assisted him in moving the trash and brush to the front yard. Overall, he did a nice job, had great communication, took feedback well. "I got an emergency situation, and need to remove the winds damaged tree, which hanging in the midair about 40ft above ground. Hector responded to my call right the way. We than met at my place an hour later to examine the damaged and gave me a very good quote for the jobs and he can have his crew in the afternoon and get it done.
