"I had a couple of small projects that needed to be done. I am a single female homeowner on a very tight budget, so I needed to find someone reasonable and someone honest. Kelly had ideas for a design as soon as she saw it and then provided us with two designs within days. We selected one, picked out cabinets and the rest was a breeze. I have an older solid oak kitchen. I wanted soft closed hinges and drawers put in. John replaced all the hinges. He replaced the drawer boxes. Everything opens and closes smoothly. "I hate being condescended to. Listen to what I want and then give suggestions on how I might be able to work that out in my kitchen. Don't just tell me it can't be done. I felt like I was wasting my time. I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface. The woman behind me who was waiting to ask her a question said. Listen, if you can't get what you want, I don't blame you for not spending the money. It's easy to reface. So, I called another company and, low and behold, I'm getting partial refacing and partial custom cabinets. He came and we discussed HOW I could get my carousel cabinet (uh - he suggested I go from a double to a single sink - easy peasy) AND, he came in at half the price your website suggested I might pay. It is really nice to be listened to...especially when it's MY money I'm spending."

He was very nice and removed the branch that I needed removed and cut the branch up so we could give it to my daughter-in-law for firewood. He also seemed to have removed another branch that might have been dead. He was a kind man and I would highly recommend."
