"My pressure treated deck needed replacement. I got 3 bids which I was considering but was told by a friend to check out Remodel or Renew. Mike Christopher, the Owner, came and asked me what was the main thing I was concerned about. I told him that I was looking for quality workmanship with top of the line Trex composite wood that wouldnâ  t require a lot of maintenance. He sat down with his IPad and designed exactly what I wanted. The design he made was like an actual picture of the finished product and the price was great which included the removal and disposal of the former deck. This is the first time Iâ  ve EVER reviewed a business that has done work on our home. They deserve it! First, their builders worked long hours and I observed them as they made sure every step was done with precise measurements and the finished product showed just what I observed. Unbelievably sturdy, they didnâ  t cut corners to save time and it was absolutely beautiful. Also what I consider a huge factor is the Warranties on the work and material. A 25 year Warranty that covers scratching and fading of the Trex flooring and railings. UNBELIEVABLE! Lastly, they left the work area cleaner than before they started and Mike the Owner answered my calls or texts every time I had a question either immediately or responded within 15 minutes. All I can say about Remodel or Renew is if you give them a chance to bid on your project you will be happy and even happier if you hire them and see for yourself what I have just told you! "Very professional and easy to work with; Nova VC Construction helped us with our remodeling project, were always on time, finished before schedule and even helped with a couple of other minor repairs. We'll definitely use Nova VC again in our future house projects."

"Platinum did a great job remodeling a bedroom in our house."

"Ciro, Rosa and the rest of the team were great! The contractors were always on time, organized and even helped me with the clean up after each work day. Communication has always been a big priority for me, and BBS delivered! It was great knowing what was going on behind the scenes with the city permits, etc. Rosa always kept me up-to-date with what was happening. Unfortunately, COVID-19 slowed down the work because of health and safety restrictions; but even so, the construction crew made the best of it and always with a smile on their faces. Their finishing touch is impeccable and my new ceiling looks wonderful. I highly recommend BBS Construction, Inc for your project. They really know the ins-and-outs of condo living and city rules and regulations. Thank you Ciro and Rosa!"

"We are very happy with Guzman Architects. When we thought about building our new home we weren’t sure what avenues to follow. They put us on a perfect path. They handled all aspects of design, which we were completely satisfied with, and also oversaw the entire building process. Also we felt the price we paid was more than fair for the work they completed. Highly recommended."
