"Very expensive project having my Central Air and Furnace go out at the same time. We had a new furnace installed last week and we were not satisfied with how it was working. I called Hurley and David and had a technician come out, it was determined we needed a bigger BTU furnace. I spoke to Michelle Creek who ensured me they would order a new one and have it installed. They ordered it on 6/10 and it was installed today 6/12. Jimarri Scott came to install with his crew and he was awesome!!! Very knowledgeable, polite and professional. The people (from the customer service reps to the billing to the drivers) have all been honest and realistic with expectations, answered all of my questions and never charged me more than what is advertised on their website. Patricia and Victoria have gone out of their way to return my many phone calls on the weekends too. "I have recently used ASG twice.  Initially, they resolved problem that occurred with a corner section where rain water spilled over my old gutters into a newly dug basement bedroom egress and flooded our basement,  ASG prevented this expensive accident from recurring by quickly designing and installing a new gutter system, that catches all the water and diverts it well away from the house through a pipe they ran under my deck.  The solution worked perfectly.  A few months later I hired them to replace and cover the rest of all my old gutters, and they completed the job very quickly and very well.  These folks do a good job.
