I am the type of person who asks a lot of questions, Alan took the time to fully answer each of my questions without rushing, I really appreciated that. I contacted several electricians and he was first to come to my house to review the project and provide me with a price on the complete project. Another electrician, once he found out it was a detached garage, told me he would not do the trench work, and I would have to find someone else to do it. I told him not to both giving me a price. The trench work tuned out to be the hardest part of the job. In trenching to the garage, a massive root was uncovered; Alan handled it very professionally and did the necessary work to properly install the wire. I would defiantly recommend him he did the complete job, pulling permits, having the work inspected, the total installation and cleanup. I think you would be happy with his work."

The people (from the customer service reps to the billing to the drivers) have all been honest and realistic with expectations, answered all of my questions and never charged me more than what is advertised on their website. "I have recently used ASG twice.  Initially, they resolved problem that occurred with a corner section where rain water spilled over my old gutters into a newly dug basement bedroom egress and flooded our basement,  ASG prevented this expensive accident from recurring by quickly designing and installing a new gutter system, that catches all the water and diverts it well away from the house through a pipe they ran under my deck.  The solution worked perfectly.  A few months later I hired them to replace and cover the rest of all my old gutters, and they completed the job very quickly and very well.  These folks do a good job.

"I couldn't be happier with Joe and his crew.  From first contact and the time we met to get an estimate I could tell right off the bat he knew exactly what he was talking about, and was very professional about everything.  I met with 2 other contractors, and even though Home Facelifters wasn't the cheapest, I knew that they would get the job done right and on time.  They dealt with all of the city inspectors and dealt with pulling all the permits, they helped me pick out many of the different items for the house like the cabinets, counters, appliances, flooring, and even colors for the walls.  There were some things that I thought I wanted a certain way but Joe was always willing to try and explain why another way might be better, which I do appreciate.  The payment process was very simple, we did go over our original estimate, but he had told me upfront there was a chance we would find things behind the walls that we couldn't predict, and I was prepared to possibly go over by a certain amount so that wasn't a problem.  The work was done very quickly, and the quality of everything is great.  I will definitely be using Joe and his crew on future projects of mine.
