"You can't get better than Wally in terms of quality, professionalism, and consistency. He removed all the sand in our yard, filled it with loam, spread seed, and built a brand new stone patio. I asked for an estimate on the remaining work but the owner said he couldn't do that and that his rates were in line with the industry.
