"Recommended a new box (which was great), but couldn't wire it properly. Said we needed a new pump (which was incorrect). Called another irrigation co in, who fixed it. Then had Alex come back to fix the leaks in his piping, I went back inside, and 10min later he knocked on the door saying the irrigation wasn't working, and he had opened the correctly wired box and had all of the wires sticking out. I had to call the guy who wired it correctly back in to finish the job. Total mess."

The easiest way to rough up soil to accept grass seed and provide the best opportunity for its growth is to make several passes over the area with a garden tiller and rake away the loosened vegetation and debris. But again, once your Bahia grass is established, it requires little maintenance. Its deep root system makes it a very durable grass that can bounce back after freezes and droughts.
