Masonry Work
Arrogant, unprofessional, didn't perform the job when initially scheduled, when I asked what recourse would there be if there are issues with the new lawn. He responded "You won't have any problems." I have left over 20 messages, requesting he look at the job and advise me how to proceed because the lawn is so spotty. He has never responded to my request. Now research shows there is not a mix of grasses. I think he used old seed and not the proper mix. The entire lawn has to have excess material which was sprayed on removed. The lawn has to be aerated and reseeded. All of this at great expense to me. The contractor had nothing to do with his work after he left the site. He won't stand by his work. If you want a contractor with a poor work ethic contact him!
