"Bob is very detail oriented and worked hard. He works by the hour so it is important to me that he worked dilligently and smartly so that i was not wasting my money. he knew what he was doing with carpentry and did a thorough job. he had to match the flooring in a section and install it so that it fit visually with little to no seam which he did a great job on. For the cabinetry work he had good ideas on how to proceed and gave us several options. he is very experienced so he is perfect for problem solving a complex fix or project."

"Did not even bring a ladder long enough to reach roof."

"As all the previous reviewers have said, DC 57 Construction is definitely a 5 star company. Lucas came to my home 3 times and helped me plan out the job. The job included: rebuilding a wood ladder to the upstairs loft, installing a railing and a new door in the loft, and adding shelves in the bathrooms. In addition, Lucas installed two railings for my back deck. Lucas and Tiago are both finish carpenters and they do excellent work at a very reasonable price. I am having Lucas come back soon to install a new screen door. Hiring Lucas and Tiago was definitely a great decision as my home looks much better."

"I am a CFO for a North Shore commercial construction company and deal with subcontractors and GC s all the time Believe me! If need Reno or project work done professionally on time for a fair price this the team you want to use!!!"

"We had DiOrio finish most of our basement over the summer of 2021. They did a lot of work for us, advising us on the design, putting in a French drain, working with subcontractors etc to help arrange for plumbing, HVAC, etc. We worked mostly with James - he was super professional, productive, and we're very satisfied with our results."

"I hired Bourke Remodeling and Home Improvement to build my master bed closet, he did a fantastic job. I received so many compliments for it and I already hired him again. "Will and his crew did an excellent job."

"This team was very professional, worked quickly and fit themselves into our schedule beautifully. The work was gorgeous, many people have commented that they love our “new” cabinets, not realizing that they are in fact just refinished! Would highly recommend!"

"Pedro renovated about 80% of our 1890s 5-bedroom Victorian home. The work was uniformly excellent and completed on schedule, despite the interruptions caused by the early phases of the pandemic. Pedro is an absolute pleasure to work with, and he maintained excellent relationships with us, the architect, and his subcontractors. His estimate was reasonable as were the change orders. We were lucky to find him!"
