We were so happy with all the work he has done for us we called him to make the cabinet. Once again he used top of the line materials. The cherry wood and finish is a perfect match. "The cabinets themselves were very well made, but the process and other aspects of the experience were less than great. Michael didn't pay much attention to the detailed drawings or project parameters provided by the designer, and didn't verify as-built conditions. As a result one of the cabinets was incorrectly sized and some floating shelves I provided were incorrectly installed. Because they hadn’t been included in the original quote, I had to pay an additional fee. Additionally ,communication and adherence to promised schedule and deadlines was inconsistent. Michael is a nice guy and I can tell he’s capable of doing some very good work, but I wouldn’t hire him again based on this experience."

"Bob repaired a broken kitchen drawer, upgraded two others and added much needed hardware to my kitchen cabinets. He responded very timely to my initial email, which I very much appreciated. Bob contacted me when he was able to come out and arrived when expected. His work and attention to detail is excellent! "The six week course included the Milton building inspector, an architect, and a case study of three bids from general contractors that the class compared to professionally prepared labor and material specifications. The contractors had the specifications but still did their own thing, and their bids were ridiculously low and did not include kitchen cabinets, an upgraded heating system, bathroom fixtures, for example. The class was well organized, and Richard provided excellent materials, including an online version of his book, How To Avoid Building Or Remodeling ****. He is knowledgeable, organized, and passionate about his work, but the course was not an advertisement for his company. In fact, the class had to prod him to tell us about iCornerstone! If you want insight into the building and remodeling industry and have a project in mind, I highly recommend taking Richard’s course or contacting him. He stresses ethics and avoiding conflicts of interest, something you do not hear often in this business. Thanks to Richard, I feel confident undertaking my project."

We only had trouble with 2 sub-contractors during this project (Granite & Kitchen design) and they were the sub-contractors that my wife and I selected ourselves outside of MMP... we wish we had used MMP for everything because they did such a good job. "We hired this company to finish our basement about three years ago, adding about 1400 square feet in total, with an exercise corner, a large play room and a home theater. The contractor this company used/hired was very capable, accommodating, and kind. The job was nicely done -- in the past three years there were no problems at all and everything looks as new now and no issues of mold or rotting. The price is not cheap, but they are very professional and everything is on schedule. The contractor went out of his way to help me set up additional parts of my home theater, building an in-wall AV equipment shelf, and installing an on-wall bar cabinet with minimal or no additional cost. Also helped to add more sound insulation materials at my request to the walls of the home theater. The basement is now an enjoyable place to stay."
