"I am pleased to submit a positive report for Conway General Contracting. Dan and Chris did a couple of small jobs in my condo unit and some much larger jobs for the 5 unit brownstone I own a unit in. In my unit, they replaced a track light and repaired my bathroom sink. I'm so happy to have both of these problems solved!! The larger jobs included replacing a very warped, rusted, and worn basement door, installing several outdoor lights, and some masonry repair. "Mike and one of his workers came out and did their investigation right on time with the appointment we set. What they ended up finding was that my shower was leaking down into the wall because it wasn't caulked properly, which in turn ended up in my basement ceiling and then down into the basement wall. They opened up the ceiling and wall and found mold growing. The only reason we never noticed was that there is a sheetrock ceiling in the basement that the water was dripping onto but there's also a drop ceiling that hid the water damage that was occurring. In the end, all of the water damage was repaired, the mold was remedied and the shower got re-caulked. No issues since!"

The guys would always clean up. We don't live in the wealthiest part of Newton and so are always on lookout for  services that have great value. Ivaldo and his company provides such service.  In addition to services provided Ivaldo was always happy to give a re-modeling advise or provide any other suggestions that would later prove useful.
