"Fantastic! We moved from a 2,400 sq. ft. house and we had LOTS of stuff. First, Elyssa and Holly were extremely helpful scheduling the move and answering our questions. The moving crew (Angel M., David V., Brian I., Caleb R., Cory C., and David C.) were outstanding! They were very polite and professional. They worked so hard and fast that we were amazed. "I had a great time working with Trend. They were very clear and explained everything very well over the phone. It was great because I felt like they would give me a straight answer, unlike some other companies I spoke to. They were also incredibly friendly when I called back multiple times to ask questions! When it came to the actual moving process, the guys were awesome! They came in and took a look at everything we wanted moved. They were great about disassembling everything, shrink wrapping if necessary to protect our furniture, loading everything in the truck, unloading at the new house and putting everything back together again. The fact that they had mattress bags and tv boxes made our move even more convenient and made me feel like my belongings were protected and safe in their hands. We got done in about 5 hours what it probably would have taken us days to do on our own!"
