"Cold air was leaking in under the doors of our 19th century front door threshold. Mr. Phalan devised a way to seal the leaky areas without marring the solid wood doors. He was communicative about scheduling, costs, timing and offers multiple solutions to tackle the problem. He also installed study closet shelves in 2 areas. We are definitely pleased with Phalan Construction and will be calling Bob again!"

"Mike kept us updated along the way and overall had a great experience. Our 2 screen door locks hardware In the door frame was so outdated they wouldnâ t latch onto the new screen doors. Mike offered to keep his eyes open for screen door locks that are compatible with ours and offered to come back and put them on!"

"Hitec windows was the best value compared to all the other companies we had come. We had 12 double hung windows, 2 storm doors, 1 exterior door and 1 slider. They did it all in 2 days with not one problem. They were very neat and organized. I would highly recommend this company for all your window and door needs.
