"I strongly recommend Eduardo’s Construction & Paving. Alberto was extremely responsive from the beginning, worked with me on pricing because my budget was tight, and completed the project promptly. This wasn’t just a quick paving job. Their team removed and hauled away the old asphalt, excavated the dirt, removed the existing bricks, installed approximately 4 inches of gravel base, thoroughly compacted the area with heavy equipment, and installed and compacted 3 inches of new asphalt. They also cleaned up and hauled away the debris when the work was finished and provided a one-year warranty. I had been shopping around for this project for nearly six months, speaking with different companies and comparing prices and approaches. What really stood out about Alberto was that he understood that working families have mortgages, childcare, bills, and other responsibilities. I wanted quality work from a reputable company without putting myself in financial pain just to get my driveway done."

"Chris did an excellent job! I got many different quotes through companies from Google and HomeAdvisor but felt Chris could do the job the best. He took out an old walkway, built a new walkway down a different area in my front yard then added a new retaining wall and granite steps from my driveway to my front door. He also put in a circle kit near my front door and put in a granite mailbox post. Everything came out perfect! "I needed some repairs to my brick walkway which was both bulging and sinking d/t nearby root invasion.  I also had a collapsed brick landing area (small patio) outldie a porch slider that had completely collapsed, I thought b/c of animals burrowing.  I called several highly rated providers who did hardscaping and Dan Sturtz was the first to return my call, which I think was the very same day or close to it.  He scheduled a visit very quickly and I was so impressed by his style and approach, I inquired about some landscaping (mostly moving existing plantings) that I needed done.  He added those items to the list.
It took a bit of time (2 weeks) to get the written estimate which was not a big problem except that I was going out of town for two weeks and wanted to be around when the work was done.  It was scheduled the day before I was to leave but, as luck would have it, the weather did not cooperate and the work couldn't be done that day.  Nevertheless, Dan came by (accomodating my shedule for that day) and we did a detailed walkthrough of what was to moved where and everything was marked.  The work was done while I was away. and met with my complete satisfaction.
Of note, Dan is scrupulous about protecting your property when working with heavy equipment.  Part of his estimate covers the materials he uses to keep lawns and driveways free of damage or debris.  This is very impressive and much appreciated.
