This was my second EXCELLENT experience with a Home Advisor referred contractor. He got in touch with me within minutes of my submission, and came the next day. He came on time (early in fact), did the job I needed done, and made improvements in my situation. All done within 30 minutes.

Great experience. Restored my confidence that there are still service providers out there who recognize the value of doing good work in a professional, efficient, timely and cost effective manner. Received his phone call within an hour of my Home Adviser request, and he was here the next day replacing safety cables and springs, and pointing out (and subsequently fixing) my faulty, potentially dangerous, installation of an automated door opener.Glad we found him.

KSE fixed the problem with the garage door opening and did preventive maintenance on the garage door opener. Efficient and I thought quite cost effective. I put in a request to home advisor at 3:00 on Thursday. Got a call back from KSE at 3:30 - made an appointment for 10:00 Friday. They arrived on time and took about 45 minutes to solve the problem and do preventive maintenance. I could not be more impressed.
