Cut out and replaced the damaged section and then painted the entire ceiling to match the color and texture of the adjacent ceiling. He was very friendly, arrived on time, moved rugs & furniture, sealed off the area and did a thorough clean up when the work was done and moved the rugs & furniture back. "They arrived when they were supposed to but the “woman” owner/employee sat on my couch most of the time and was minimally involved. She was also not the person who came out to provide a quote for the work. They put a screw through our new wiring- which they reimbursed us for cost of fixing -ceiling fixes do not match rest of ceiling- obviously higher and clearly patched which is a bummer- 1 person drove and left for the majority of the time they were here which was also odd. I would have checked the lights and everything more closely before they left"
