She was also not the person who came out to provide a quote for the work. They put a screw through our new wiring- which they reimbursed us for cost of fixing -ceiling fixes do not match rest of ceiling- obviously higher and clearly patched which is a bummer- 1 person drove and left for the majority of the time they were here which was also odd.
