"He was very courteous and got back to me on a Saturday or Sunday following his Thursday visit. He gave my wife the pricing over the phone and it was not in writing. I chose another company to do the work and that came on Friday and e-mailed me the quote and was also licensed, bonded and insured. There was a $250 or $300 difference between them and the company went with. He responded right away to my phone call and got his quote in on time.
