"I hired this company six months ago to remodel my garage. The project was supposed to take 5 weeks. It shortly turned into 8 weeks. Now, six months later, the project isn't even half completed. The contract stated half of the money was to be paid up front, then half upon completion, yet they are constantly asking for more money. They only show up once per week, if they show up at all. The worksite is a mess and there is no end in site. They damaged items that they were asked to preserve, including a brand new garage door opener that I am now being asked to replace. They also damaged a retaining wall that I now have to pay someone to repair. This has been an absolute nightmare. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! The worksite is a constant mess and my neighbors are complaining. No one should have to live like this."

"3 Son’s Siding & Gutters LLC did my roof about four months ago.They came and gave me a price that was more than fair…3 Son’s were very professional,work very safely.They stripped two layers, found that they had to get plywood and replace the whole roof, it was a bit more but they did the plywood, re-shingled the roof in the one day.i was very impressed with the way all the workers did what needed to be done. The job was done in a day and a half,all the mess was picked up went around the house with magnets picking up all the nails.All I can say I believe they are very professional, very concerned about how my property was left I think it was cleaner than when they started.Very good crew did a great job couldn’t be any happier. So, even though there were delays, we understood, and Gibraltar did everything the could to get our pool built as quickly as possible and to make sure it was open for the summer season of 2021- and it was. I was sad to see reviews that said they took too long- I honestly just donâ t think it was fair. Who could have foreseen the impacts of a pandemic? So, for us, the delays were what they were, and we appreciated that they did all they could, with what they had to work with, and kept up updated along the way. I would highly recommend Gibraltar to anyone who wanted to put in an awesome above ground pool and have superior customer service."
