"I can't speak highly enough of Rick and his crew! I had hired someone who botched the job and I had to fire half way through. He came in showed me how to remove the old tile to save some money and can in and was done in a day with the floor! It looks amazing. He then installed glass tile, accent tile and shelves in the bath tub walls. When he came back to grout he noticed the electrician I had hired cracked 2 of my brand new tiles!!!! Floor was only down for 3 days and already someone had cracked them! Rich replaced them for me for free!!! He stayed and helped me out because that is the kind of nice guy he is!! He saved my butt and project not once but twice!! It's hard to find honest hardworking caring people but if that's what your looking for you found him I can't speak highly enough of him and his assistant Craig!"

"Jim came by first to discuss what my wife and I wanted. He explained what we wanted, and his recommendations as an arborist, about all the different types of trees on our lot which were encroaching on the house itself. He educating us about the trees and why they were bending into not only our house but bending over our fenced in yard as well as our cedar log swing which now was almost fully immersed and covered by the branches and leaves from multiple trees. He was always prompt in communications about the job and timely in scheduling our job. He arrived on time, went to work pruning multiple trees as well as removing many other trees that have grown since we moved here 36 years ago. After he finished, he walked around the property and explained once again the rationale on what he did. He not only cleaned up beautifully but because of how he pruned the lot, out house now looked beautiful especially considering the way it originally looked at 9:00 am before he start his work til he finished after 4:30 pm. Wow!!!! I would highly recommend New England Tree Rescue if you are looking improve the view of your property in regards to all the different types of trees around your property.
