They installed a new utility sink, sink pump, and needed piping and valves with tie ins to the main septic. They made improvement above and beyond the initial job breakdown, all the while staying within budget. I will certainly consider them again for any future work. If this company charges such an exorbitant assessment fee, I could only believe they would inflate other fees as well. I hired another local company for half that fee to assess then repair my furnace. Shame on Heritage Home Service."

As a landlord, I had to replace a hot water heater for my tenants as soon as possible. I had to shut the water off and they were extremely upset about it.
