"Aaron, the owner, called me when I asked for help on Home Advisor, but I already had hired another company - that company did not fix the problem (clogged sewer pipes), so I called MenWon Plumbing the next day - he came to my house that morning, assessed the problem, and brought in a helper who did a much more involved and thorough job than the 1st company I had hired. So I paid him and he went on his way, after giving us some much needed advice on the problem. But the next morning, a leak in the pipe happened - I called Aaron and he came right out, assessed the problem, was very helpful in explaining what had happened, resealed the pipe, and left without accepting any additional compensation we offered him - he is a very nice man, who has lots of integrity about his work and about talking to his clients about the problem, what might have caused the problem, and how to avoid its recurring. I would definitely recommend him to my friends - he is very prompt, and cares about his customers enough to spend time explaining what was needed to fix the problem and ways to prevent it from happening again soon. Plus he came right back when called again, and expected no compensation then."
