"Had two exterior doors installed by Beantown Home Improvements. They showed up on the day promised but it was too cold to install the doors so they double checked measurements, stored the new doors under my deck and wrapped them in plastic. Returned a few days later and were able to install the new doors. Installation went flawlessly and they did a good job cleaning up. Jarred suggested using pvc trim, glad he recommended it. Doors look great and seal quite well just in time for winter. I will certainly use them again on my next home improvement project and would without hesitation recommend their services."

He was very knowledgeable and honest with us about the pros and cons of different types of insulation, and was willing to communicate and coordinate with the fellow who'd just installed our roof. He was also one of only a couple of providers that offered rigid board + cellulose, and his bid was wayyyyyyy lower than the other outfit's. We ended up going with a different solution through a company that a friend recommended, but McLaughlin was our runner-up bid. Showed up on time, submitted a bid quickly, and followed up. "We hired Ronaldo from Serpa Home Improvement to reside our house with James Hardie lap siding and replace a custom French doors to our deck. It was the biggest project we have ever done and we are so glad we went with Ronaldo. His guys came everyday and worked long hours to get my project completed in about 3.5 weeks. My reason to hire Ronaldo is because heâ s listed on the Hardie website as a certified installer. When I observed his guys working, they did everything to James hardieâ s specs such as installing flashing in every butt joint, sealing every cut with paint, leaving proper gap from chimney/roof line, nailing the siding to studs, caulking the right places, etc. My wife is designer and wanted the trim for the windows, doors and dormers to be done a certain way. She showed Ronaldo her mock-ups and his guys were very meticulous and able to build them exactly to her drawings! If you are considering installing hardie or have anything done to your house, I highly recommend Serpa Home Improvement!"

"Golden Group removed old roof shingles and installed newshingles including Ice&Water barrier. It was about 3200 SF of roofing. Additionally, they fixed our vinyl siding replacing about 15 sq.yards of discolored siding with new one. Starting with very professional presentation by Freddy (owner) and excellent quote, the Golden Group took advantage of early warm days in March. They arrived promptly at 7am (including dumpster) in full force of about 10 people. Perectly organized and working as a team they quickly removed old shingles, protecting the house and surroundings with large tarps (no damage anywhere whatsoever). Then they installed Ice$Water barrier on most of the roof. Finally they installed new beautiful shingles, perfectly and very precisely. At the end they jumped on our siding repairs, finishing pretty much everything by 5pm in a single day! They cleaned everything around the house. Amazing job. Money well spent!"
