They showed up on the day promised but it was too cold to install the doors so they double checked measurements, stored the new doors under my deck and wrapped them in plastic. Returned a few days later and were able to install the new doors. Installation went flawlessly and they did a good job cleaning up. Jarred suggested using pvc trim, glad he recommended it. Doors look great and seal quite well just in time for winter. I will certainly use them again on my next home improvement project and would without hesitation recommend their services."

"The team from McLaughlin Weatherization, who completed the work from my Mass Save Program energy audit to install insulation in my attic was AWESOME! They were a team of 3, who ensured the job got done efficiently and well. Professional, courteous and personable! I was very pleased with how they entered my home, treated my home and me while in it and when they left they even brushed up the very last of any dirt they might have brought in. I cannot rave enough about how great the experience was because I was able to work downstairs and stay out of their way but they definitely went above and beyond in my opinion! I didn't know the front door would get a package of weather stripping too. So while that was nice, the guy in charge of the team of 3 not only removed the old to install the new, the front door closes properly now! I cannot thank you enough for this small act of kindness (even if it was fixed with the new trim) because I had been so worried about my kitties getting out one day because the latch would not catch to keep the door closed. Also, the senior member leading the team demonstrated his years of experience and knowledge and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Jordan did the initial estimate and was always available by phone; likewise the office staff. The job took a half day. The supervisor and 4 workers worked very efficiently, removing the old roof, patching wood where necessary, putting new roof on, & cleaning up. Looks beautiful. And the garden was not damaged."

"They were very responsive from the initial contact. Answered all questions clearly and there was nothing hidden. The started construction on my street a head of schedule and I called to let them know so they could coordinate. Instead they asked to come a couple of days earlier on the weekend when there was no street construction. The crew was great and the was just about completed that day. (They ran out of cap pieces and came back Monday morning and finished) The clean up was great and the prices competitive with other roofing companies in the area. They were the best bang for the buck, so to say. I would definitely recommend them and use them again."
